Inside Out: Pixar unleashes new teaser trailer

We finally have our first look at the inner workings of Reilly’s brain in INSIDE OUT via this teaser trailer. After spending about a minute unneccessarily reminding us of how many lines, characters, and moments from Pixar’s output we all adore, we finally see the emotions of INSIDE OUT in action set to, appropriately enough, Aerosmith’s “Sweet Emotion.”

They seem to have practicalized the world like A BUG’S LIFE or MONSTERS, INC., creating a sort of “workforce” vibe out of the inner workings of the central character’s brain.

We hear a little of Amy Poehler’s Joy and just a brief “Ahh! Look out!” from Bill Hader’s Fear. The rest of the emotions are filled out by Mindy Kaling (Disgust), Lewis Black (Anger, of course), and THE OFFICE’s Phyllis Smith (the adorable-looking Sadness).

Looks like more clever, beautiful goodness from the cereal eaters over at Pixar. Seems more metaphysical and philosophical than their usual stuff. I dig it.
